If you speak english and not czech then probably not recommended when you have no choice and have to use the drive thru. Liberec is so much more accommodating.

I went for a drive through and asked politely if they speak English to which I was told to speak Czech as I am in Czech Republic. We just drive off as the staff definitely need customer service training, specially if you’re the one taking order!
Fresh crispy fries comes with the meal. Except that it's alright.
It happens quite often that people get raw meat here. But it's KFC so I'm not surprised about the service's quality.
Was surprised how fast I got my order, delivered guy was nice, just a little reminder that he should deliver the food to the door ;)
Nothing for Vegans.
Waited half an hour for a burger - then got the wrong one and cold... Worst kfc experience I've ever had
