Pretty building, you need to go to the backside of the building to get the look on the historical balcony. If you need something you need to shedule an appointment online before, but emergencies (like lost passport) are excluded

Also die Dame, die das Telefon abnimmt, geht überhaupt nicht. Ihr Verhalten, ist respektlos und unprofessionell. Von insgesammt 3 Anrufen, hat sie mir nicht bei einer Frage, helfen können. Ganz im Gegenteil! ich habe das Gefühl, sie versteht nicht was ich sage. Sie stellt sich zwar am Telefon auf Deutsch vor, legt dann aber einfach auf, nachdem ich zu ende gesprochen hab (mich ausreden lassen, so viel Anstand hat sie noch) und geht dann nicht mehr ans Telefon. Hier wird einem nicht geholfen. Zumindest am Telefon nicht. Frechheit
