I am from India and I traveled to Praha from 9th-14th of June 2018, then to Krakow, Poland from 14th-18th June 2018 and back to Praha for 2 days from 18th-20th June 2018. I was back to New Delhi on the 21st June 2018. My cousins and I were staying at Gorgeous Prague Rooms and in the same building on the ground floor was fashion bistro. Initially the service at the restaurant were very good with amazing hospitality. On the 14th while leaving for Krakow, I left my jacket at the restaurant by mistake as I got busy loading the luggage in the car. As soon as ireached the train station, I called up the restaurant and asked them to keep the jacket with them and i shall collect on the 18th when I return, as expected, the acknowledged and said that it'll be safe with them. On the 18th evening when I went to the restaurant to collect my jacket and drink a couple of beers, I was shocked to see Peter's (Head Waiter) behavior towards me, he had the guts to raise his voice and abuse me. As per the restaurant owner, they had fired an employee who stole the jacket and took it with him. I do not consider things more important than the relationship that was built between Team fashion bistro and us. I do not appreciate the behavior shown towards me and my family.
