FedEx is really great shipping company, but I was mainly suprised how kind and helpful was my contact person for customs in Czech FedEx for my shipment from Brazil. I do not have printer and FedEx needed power of attorney signed by me so I needed somebody to help me with that and mr. Findura was really kind and helpful. He explained everything so well that now I understand customs matters which I did not before. Thank you once again mr. Findura!
