Martin Chudoba helped us since the begginig to find the perfect flat in Brno. He understood our needs and showed us the best options. It's was a very professional service, always available by email or by cellphone. It was really easy to sign the contract and deal with all the issues and doubts that we usually face during the process of closing a rental contratc. I recently moved to Czechia to marry my fiancée and to live in Brno. I decided to use Foreigners.cz (Brno branch) for my Czech residency application. Oldřich Lang took the time to completely describe the process at our initial meeting. I was very impressed and decided to have them represent me. Oldřich was thorough, patient and extremely professional. He also helped me with getting our wedding certificate properly stamped and authenticated and will be assisting me in my business license application. I recommend both he and Foreigners highly.

This agency it's a complete Scam. Me and my Wife rented a flat from them for which they lied to us first about the internet. Then in the original contract there was no internet included. They took our money in advance and they would't fix it (for this we have legal documents). They also seem to work with some dodgy people renting flats in the center of Brno. You will never get your deposit back if you deal with them!!!! We will now seek a legal advice. I would not recommend to anyone to deal with them especially if you are from the EU. Also they will harass you the last month of your contract to come for visits with other people. And I mean there was constant phone calls and e-mails from different people.
