Excellent team. Very helpful and willing to accommodate some unusual / complex requests. Tereza is a very conscientious co-ordinator. Always get replies to queries within 24 hours. When at clinic very clean and professional. Good explanations for reasoning behind plan. I have researched and the embryologists success rate match the highest success rates in the world. Very happy with service and care, including aftercare. If I was really pushed to find somewhere Gennet could improve - the prescription instructions could be written in a more user friendly way but that’s one tiny element in a very complex piece of care delivery. I would certainly choose Gennet over their UK/Ireland competitors.

We wanted to thank the clinic for the professionalism, clinical excellence and expertise and of course they all made us feel so comforted and at ease every step of the way. I couldnt recommend Gennet Prague highly enough.

Got referred there. Attempted to call the number, only heard some modem noises and call dropped. Attempted to call other numbers, were connected to nonexisting extension and call dropped, this repeated three times. After 20 minutes of trying to reach anyone competent the staff told me to \try writing an email.\ I can't give you a review of the actual services, since I'm having trouble even contacting anyone there.
Excelent service, pleasant nurses, competent doctors. Thank you very much for making my dream come true!
