If I could I would put 0 star ! PLEASE AVOID!! DON'T GO The worst souvenir shop of Prague. I spent almost 4000 czk in a specific crystal article I could not find elsewhere. The vendors were not willing to offer any gentle discounts, not even offer for free the plastic bag I had to pay 7 czk for. Terrible customer service. The vendor yelled at me when I took a picture of this crystal article. Before to buy it I wanted to send it to a friend to have feedback... (classic behavior ...) If I could have found this crystal piece elsewhere, I would have run away from that shop. TERRIBLE AVOID
