Honestly, the owner's responses to the negative reviews are incredibly arrogant, only confirming that the customers are right about the unpleasant attitude of the staff there. They put me off visiting this shop.

Avoid this shop. Arrogant owner, hidden price tags. There are several other fabric stores in Prague that are worth visiting than this empty "luxurious" shop. No wonder when the customer approach is so poor.
Velice nepříjemná obsluha. Byla jsem zde 3x a paní stále kyselá jak okurky s problémem Vás obsloužit. Je jedno, jestli kupujete nebo ne.

Miluji toto podnikání. Tkaniny jsou vysoce kvalitní a velmi krásné. Výběr je skvělý a rozmanitý. Dostal jsem velmi pěkné a individuální rady. Určitě přijdu znovu! Děkuji!

Sehr nette Bedienung, gute Beratung, schöne Designer Stoffe mit einer riesen Auswahl. Sehr zentral in Prag, gut zu erreichen. Ich wohne in Deutschland und habe dort keine Probleme gehabt mit der Kommunikation. Nebenan befindet sich ein Laden, der Knöpfe verkauft und der hat eine riesen Auswahl, sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Ich gehe nur noch mit allem dahin und bin sehr zurfrieden.
