Hi today I went for the first and last time to Head english hair salon recomended by a friend of mine and I think the guy was not really professional. I asked him to cut me a sharp straight bob but this is the result. at the time being I thought there was something not really correct about the cut and maybe it needed to be more thiner and tried to tell him but he was convinced that it's not gonna help. when I came home finally I could see it clearly. you could see that it was not straight at all, in fact you could see mountains next to each other. this isn't the first time I'm cutting my hair like this, but never had this experience. my friend, who recommended to go there, she paid 700 corons cutting her hair and at the end he asked me for 1100.. honestly is this worth? also they wanted the money cash which wasn't told to me in advance, so I needed to go outside again and get some cash. if it was worth it I wouldn't mind, but this is insane! He was just a nice guy, but I will not go there again

I had a wonderful experience with Natalia giving me a haircut in her own apartment during the temporary closure of the salon due to corona. She was first of all incredibly accommodating, making me feel right at home. I went in for a pretty straight-forward cut and Natalia paid more attention to my hair quality and previous haircut than I have experienced with previous hairdressers in other salons. She made sure I was present and attentive during the cut (to avoid any surprises at the end) and came with some great suggestions that suited my own personal style and hair. I felt like we could meet each other half way so we were both happy and satisfied. Very very happy with my experience, thank you Natalia :)

Anastasiya is literally the best hair dresser I’ve ever been to. Being an expat living in Prague it took me 2 years to find a good stylist who could speak English. My hair always looks amazing and treatments last longer than I was told which is great.
Anastasiya took my boring old hair and made the most stunning green baylage along with an undercut with a cool pattern. She was so nice and really made me feel at ease and welcome. She even provided my husband with a beer as he waited, and was throughout my appointment 100% service minded. If you are ever in prague GO SEE HER.

Finally after three years a fabulous haircut ANASTASIYA did such an amazing job I walked out in disbelief. The service you receive there and the attention to detail is the best. Because it was so damn good I tipped the hairstylist 200. CZK and still thought it was not enough I called Jonathan the owner and the way he spoke to me I did not want to cut my hair anywhere else. The best experience I have had anywhere in the world. I had almost given up trying to get someone to cut my hair not shear it. Big thank u ANASTASIYA ️
Went there with pretty damaged highlighted hair and long roots, wanting something that was still light but more natural and less damaging. Natalia came up with a great solution. Roots are gone and I don't look like a Barbie doll. Communication from abroad via text with John was good, too.
