Excellent service. Broken screen replaced within an hour - absolutely perfect. Free screen protector.... and .... we received a lovely gift as well including a power bank and charger. (Valentines Promotion). Very friendly and competent staff who speak great English.

Excellent service. Within service days, broken display replaced in an hour. Also received a gift including selfie stick and power bank. Very friendly staff, that solved quickly all problems.

Popped in today on the off chance they might be able to replace my smashed screen. All completed within one hour, fabulous service, english speaking and I even got some gifts from Huawei - it was my lucky day. Highly recommend for service of your phone.

Amazing service! Really! After my computer (Matebook X Pro) broke down and didn't not switch on anymore they repaired the thing within two days by giving me a completely new mainboard. It works again like a charm :) They also cleaned the notebook completely. Great service and super friendly and helpful staff. Thank's a lot!

Very, very, very bad service. Spent almost 1000 euros buying a laptop directly at their shop. The laptop had problems with heating and ventilation, which can happen, but it shouldn't when it's brand new, so I asked to return it and either have my money back or a different one. I was told that they don't do refunds, that next time I should buy online instead than buying at the store cause they do refund only if I buy online. And that they will look into it and the whole investigation and eventual fix will take up to 30 days, even if the work is done locally at their branch. I have seen them in action with another client who had an issue, and they handled it with a mix of active and passive aggressivity. Clients being mistreated after purchasing at their stores is not something nice to see. Morale of the story is that my ask for a refund, triggered by the malfunction, was with the intention of upgrading to a more expensive and performing model. Pity for @Huawei when bad customer service translates into lost revenue. Next time I will buy elsewhere.
