Consistently rude, disrespectful, and even obnoxious. Problem-solving culture -- zero. Customer service -- zero. Have complained in person in Czech to no avail. Would rather travel to a faraway Lidl which might not have the selection, but where the staff is pleasant. Albert has been struck off.

Grocery shopping in the Czech Republic is generally unpleasant. A customer service mentality rarely exists. This Albert is pretty standard.

Self-checkout. could be better. Whenever something goes wrong youll have to deal with a cashier who doesnt try to hide their hatred for their job and their customers. Theres much less trouble when using a normal cash register. Maybe its a conspiracy by cashiers who dont want to get replaced by mashines xD

Its easy access to groceries for us living in Generala Sovobody but its definitely more expensive and lesser choices. Also not very English friendly, even the price tags are in Czech. They can at least put the price tags in English
