Looking for an Italian restaurant in Prague and I found this restaurant randomly on Google Maps. They offer a high quality selection of Italian wines, don’t expect to be economic. Delicious Italian food, you can tell they are using excellent products.

We came across this place by chance and entered for a late lunch. The place is well kept with interesting decor. The owners were very friendly, helpful and professional. The wine list was exquisite and the food was fresh and well prepared. Definitely a place to come back to.

Amazing restaurant with a nice terrasse to enjoy top quality wine and Food. The Fish was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, same with the home made pasta and the desserts! I appreciate the efforts made to deliver the best quality of products.

What a wonderful find! We visited Equilibrista last month and the food, service and wine were all absolutely fantastic. You would expect to pay around double the price to have a meal of this quality back home in the UK. We really enjoyed chatting with the owner and can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a fabulous Italian meal in Prague.

Beautiful place with a nice low key atmosphere. The service is EXCELLENT. Never experienced it like this before. The waitress(owner) knows her food and drink. She explained it all with so much passion. This restaurant should have been in Amsterdam my hometown. I would visit it at least 2x per week.
