This language school is one of the most unorganized schools I have ever encountered. They have been hired to organize the language courses at my employer. First of all, they \miscalculate\ the number of lessons, and you have many lessons that were paid for unaccounted for with no make ups. Secondly, when the semester starts again they have absolutely NO organization skills at all when it comes to organizing the simplest factor.. the times and dates of the language courses. They can't gauge a student's need and mix up the various levels. Thirdly, they are completely ignorant and add people into a language course level based on their last name?! For example they added a girl in a level 2 Czech course simply and I quote \because she has a Slavic last name\.. when she was a complete beginner. DO NOT create a contract with James Cook.. you or your employees will never learn another language!
