Went to the Gucci store in Prague for the first time to buy my husband a gift for our one year anniversary . I was greeted really well by the staff and they were very courteous and polite.

This was my first time in a Gucci store and was instantly new love with the store from everything from the layout to the great employees and would highly recommend a visit
Never will go to this shop again. Decided to buy a belt , found it by ourself, after 2minutes worker told us to wait. We were waiting about 5min at the table to ask do they have proper size, But worker was talking with security men and laughing, what was very important thing to do at the moment, when we were waiting for 5min and looking around who could sell us it. Then we decided to leave. Atleast they said goodbye, that was cute.

I bought a lot of things at gucci but maybe I would never enter the store at praha again. The staff there seemed very arrogant. I have a short-haired female worker in her 40s who receives me but she keeps on touching the phone and gives me the items I request very disrespectfully, I don't ask for free goods, why do they apply treat their customers like that. they make me feel down to themselves
Good layout and service was friendlier than most other cities and the staff was knowledgeable of the products.
