Visit here during a trip, the Worst Hermès store experience ever. I was there for 30 mins, but no one even bothered to greet me. Small store, limited quantity, unprofessional staff!

Totally unprofessional staff, DON'T GO THERE! Only if you want to fight and feel like a piece of sh*t... I'm not only one with this experience.
Bad service... They print the tax refund forms wrong I have to get back for some change!!!!!!
Totally impolite staff. Cant even describe as professional. I can say this branch is very low class Hermes i ever visited. Once i step in the shop, congrats, a good service for helping customer opened the door. But when i stood in the center of the shop. All the staff abandoned me. The Chinese speaking keep attend to the China's tourist. But there aren't buying anything. Reasonable as china tourist always big consumer. So i attended to the local speaking staff, im really shocked that the staff is chatting with some girls non stop(the girls arent buying anything and obliviously they are not chating about products). Curious why is it im gonna attend to the staff but not them, even get abandoned by him too. Didnt serve real customer but flirting with girls. Well done. At last just have to walk away without getting the products i wanted to buy.

Small store, not many stocks available and the Chinese lady dont even know when will they get shipments. Not helpful and unfriendly compared to their boutiques in other cities.
