This is a horrible shop! I bought there a luggage and after the first useage it was already broken! One wheel didn‘t work anymore and the cloth cover in the inside was cracked. When I returned the luggage I was told they send it in and will let me know (without any estimation how long it takes) and that I will receive the repaired luggage or a new one. Because I totally lost the trust in their products I asked my money back instead of a new luggage. Hearing this made the male owner obviously very angry and he started to shout at me and insulting me very badly. He insulted me in his native language (he‘s from a Balkan state) hoping I don‘t understand, but I did. It was an unforgivable behaviour of this owner and a horrible experience and I strongly recommend to anyone to avoid this store! Bad quality products and even worse service is a very unfortunate combination!
