This place has a very unique atmosphere. Partially because of the oldschool communist decorations, but mainly because it is run by people who clearly love and believe in what they do. The food is homemade and delicious, service is super friendly and even though the bistro is situated on the top of a mountain, which makes the transportation of goods a bit difficult (mainly during winter time), they offer a good variety of food and drinks for good prices including vegetarian options. You definitely need to try the \Chodsky kolac\ a homemade cake that is traditional in this area of the Czech Republic. I totally fell in love with this place and I won't hesitate to climb the mountain again in order to come back! :)

Skvělá obsluha, dobré jídlo, osvěžující pití. Součástí bistra je muzeum! Vždycky chodíme sem, když jdeme na Čerchov. Na záchodě Vás překvapí hygienické pomůcky, což každý po výstupu na vrchol ocenění.

Topp! Tolle authentische Location oben auf dem Gipfel des Böhmerwaldes. Schöne Ausstattung des Bistros mit vielen Erinnerungen an den kalten Krieg. Die Gerichte sind einfach, aber sehr lecker und alles ist frisch zubereitet. Die Preise sind für deutsche Verhältnisse extrem günstig (Bier 2x Cola Pizza Omlett für 13,50 ).
