Minus one star for the location (fifth floor with no lift) and they don't serve wine by glass (only bottles). Everything else was great. We had a lot of fun :).

For about 15 people I'd say the area is a bit small. Low-cost feeling, but still enjoyable.

We have been coming here regularly since 2 years. We like the arena but the service gets worse and worse, last time no smile or welcome whatsoever, very unmotivated game explanation, and we even had to ask specifically to get the game score papers, the 3 times we played. It's a shame it could be so much more fun.

Reservation only, and no movement on showing up. If you're a visitor to the city give it a miss as they won't accommodate for tourists. Edit: In response to Laser Arena - We were told on the door, no reservation we could not play. This was on Saturday 6th of October. I do not leave negative comments lightly.
