I was there to check some pistols but the way one of the sellers talked to me was terrible, arrogant. To my question: How this guns perform he told me: it shoots. I will rather buy my stuff somewhere else where the appreciate the customer. NEVER more

Great shop ! I booked by internet a pistol the day before, but when I came to buy it, there was an administrative problem with the computer. I was afraid the deal will not happen, but at the end they managed to do it. I appreciate how quickly they solved the problem. Also the speed of formalities - printing out the sedivak with all data took 3 min. They have a wide choice of small fireweapons (even not-so-common brands) and accessories, at prices looking fair to me. I would not be surprized to find myself soon again in this shop :-) PascaL

Po mnohaleté zkušenosti mám jen pozitivní dojmy. Personál vždy ochotný, neváhá strávit pár minut navíc vysvětlováním, porovnáváním i když je zřejmé, že ten den víc kupovat nebudu. Baví je to, zbraním rozumí a to je hlavní :-)
Velký výběr i exotických zbraní za ceny lepší než jinde. Poprodejní podpora a zajištění náhradních dílů na jedničku. Široký sortiment příslušenství a náboje za dobré ceny, rád přijedu i z daleka.
Otevírací doba my mohla být lepší, aby se tam člověk dostal bez problémů i po práci. Na druhou stranu, ale vždy ochota vyjít vstříc a jde si dopředu domluvit i návštěvu mimo otevírací dobu. Ceny dobré, velký výběr a ochotný personál. Chodím tam nakupovat celkem pravidelně a zatím jsem neměl jediný problém.
Ochotná obsluha, prijemny a lidský přístup..
