Simple, straightforward and helpful - Even though it's a bit tricky to find the right place for public inquiries, after I found it, everything was sorted out in less then hour with nice and friendly lady. Don't be scared of the whole place looking like a scene from 60s horror movie.

The process of the registration of a motorcycle was perfect (fast). I got there in time when the office was almost empty so I cannot judge in general. I am strongly dissatisfied with the behaviour of a worker. Instead of answering a question, helping with fill-out and instead of being there for the 'customer', I got reactions that I found strongly inappropriate (arrogant?). If this experience with the worker was better, I would give 5, not 2 stars. I see a better future for the helpful people here, will be glad to reassess this review in the future.

All notes are in Czech. You would at least expect directions in English considering that 90% of the people coming there are foreigners. There was only one guy at the information desk and he was very slow. The last at the desk spoke good English and was very nice. Thumbs up for that.

Starý nehezký komplex budov. Málo mirtana parkování spousta zaparkovaných aut. Docela nepřehledné místo, které je docela dost frekventované, obvzlášť, když se tu dělají zkoušky. Doporučuji zlepšit navigační cedule

Tohle místo nevypovídá nic dobré o našem státě. Zmatený komplex budov, absence chodníků, všude auta, nekonečně mnoho billboardů, cedulí a vizuálního smogu. Není to zrovna reprezentativní místo na dělání řidičských zkoušek či řešení úředních záležitostí. Připomíná mi to nějakou rozvojovou zemi.

Nedaří se s nimi téměř nikoliv zkontaktovat... nikdo nebere telefony, a když už ano, tak Vás akorát přesměrovávají někam kde to opět nikdo nebere.

Jako v nynější situaci jsem toho zažil celkem dost. Ale to, že se zavře ráno magistrát z důvodu covidu i přesto, že se to má zavírat až 12 podle vyhlášky, jsem nečekal. Jedu přes celou Prahu kvůli testu z autoškoly a ejhle, pardon, ono se to nekoná. Důvod? Žádný, asi si chtěli úředníčci udělat volno :). PS. Tahle země jde vážně do háje.
