They didnt want to serve any food at 19.35. While other people were still eating. What a pitty. Personal is also very unfriendly and they dont serve on their terras. Luckily we ate something their around 14 o clock which was fine, but nothing special.

Soup had no taste, mashed potatoes looked and tasted like instant mashed potatoes. Same prices as Pivovar Trautenberk next door but inferior quality. Don't go here go to Trautenberk instead you'll be glad you did.

Very comfortable place with beautiful wellness area. And just couple metres from the slope

We wanted to try the wellness section. The signs on the door were ambiguous. Not a single word in English, German or French. You would also expect the staff in such a touristy place to have some kind of language skills. Well, they don't; they were not helpful at all.

I was on this place three days on End of year holidays,and the first impression was good but I'm very dissapointed due his false advertising. We payed an expensive room (same price as 4stars) for the room,special menu on end of year and a champagne bottle,but none of this was here.Horrorifing and tight buffet,expensive drinks and nothing more for end of year.The spa was in the same way.No room cleaning,unpleasant staff and all of this for 84/night on two persons room. The place for skying is good.
