Very nice river boat trip. Quite expensive, but the service is excellent and the boat Bohemian Rhapsody is brand new and luxurious. You can get good refreshment on the boat and if you need to romantically impress someone, you can have a champaigne and look above to the Charles bridge. Definitely worth the money.

We had tickets for Prague Grand Cruise. Absolutely disappointed with the cruise. We were told to board at 2.30 pm we were there at 2.40 the staff was having lunch and were not happy to let us on board and told us to wait outside and it was raining. During the cruise the cruise staff continued to eat food and serve us at the same time There was no explanation of where the cruise was going no guided tour we had to asked for a map which the unfriendly staff showed where it’s kept. Staff not at all pleasant or helpful it was given to understand we knew everything When asked one of the lady staff in which direction the cruise was moving and her tone was harsh as we should have known the cruise started on stop 5 which we had no way to know. Would certainly not recommend
Amazing boat tour with an impressive amount of languages for the guide dialogue. Quite cheap for the tour duration.
Worst boat tour I've done in my life. Wish I could get a refund. The speakers started explaining the riverside sights at the very start of the ride unannounced so everyone was talking loud and you couldn't hear a thing the entire time. Staff seemed solely interested in serving drinks from the bar and not in showing a good experience to those who were actually interested in the sightseeing. Tour lasted 40 minutes then stopped in a standstill at the end to make the advertised 50-minute mark. Just overall not worth a penny.
At the end of the tour the boat slowed right down to make sure we didn’t get back before our allotted time, not a great tour for the money. I’m sure there are others that are better priced and more interesting. Would not recommend this company.

Super romantic place, new ships, perfect service, good price. Decides I can recommend boat trip.
Bad business Should be opened, was closed according to captain. Then a little later we saw that boat leave with people
