I am an expat living in Prague and I was referred to this hospital by my gynecologist for a routine operation. Although my insurance would cover the expenses in any part of the world, it didn't take long for me to decide that UVN would be my choice. I never regretted my decision. On the contrary it exceeded my expectations. All doctors and nurses involved were attentive and caring even when there was a language barrier. On some occasions, some of them would go a step further and spoil me completely. I felt I was in safe hands all the time. Everything was exceptional, from people to cleanliness, privacy, comfort, catering. Every time I needed assistance, I had it. Special thanks to Dr Imrich Kiss, for his friendly and professional approach. I just wish all doctors are like him! Thank you UVN for an unforgettable experience!

Came here with my wife for a scheduled covid test. Very clear signs for where to go, no waiting time (compare that to the 3 hours we waited at the airport) and very friendly and professional staff (the administrating nurse spoke English). Great experience.

I had covid 19 test here. You book online and you show up with your ID. Lovely people and very friendly. They speak English too. I did not have to wait for more than 3 minutes.

I was afraid of going to a public hospital as a non-Czech speaker but everyone in the hospital was helpful and they were trying to communicate in English as much as they can. Everything was in order, no chaos and VZP is accepted.
