With the help op the mobile app, the experience is unlike anything else. No queues, almost no waiting, it even sounds too good to be true. Only thing that might be a little irritating might be the extended warranty upsell. Unless you're buying something very expensive prone to breaking (abides warranty rules), you don't need it.

Friendly staff. A little slow getting the orders out but it could just have been a bad day. I like the concept. The location is convenient. I will definitely use it again.
Czech Amazon, but more cheaper prizes and faster deliveries. Alza box and in-store pickup options also available. Plus, some stuff like new cellphones and laptops can be rented in pay per day basis.
Was pleasantly surprised by the advanced system of onsite payment. When you come to the store, you need to type in your order no. and pay (if not at the time of the order). Then you receive a ticket with your no. and wait for the system to display that no. to pick up your order. Not many different items in the store though. All of the stuff is best ordered online and pick it up in the store or delivered to your address. Very satisfied with the service.
Worst advertising, expensive prices, poor customer service.
