Bad Service. I told exactly I need 8 hours of service in the form. They don't check that at all. I told them I need also the ironing and I told them I could pay for the extra. But they only assigned 4 hours to cleaning lady, but I needed at least 8. I told to their customer service and the lady on the phone said \I am not going to fight with you.\ rudely. She could not finish cleaning and rushed. So did not finish neither ironing nor cleaning all rooms. So bad service. Expats, beware.

Velmi předražené služby. Za úklid 250 korun na hodinu a přesto nejsou schopni převzít zakázku přes telefon a potvrdit emailem. Vše musí klient vyplnit do jejich formuláře, jinak se jím vůbec nezabývají. Za chůvu si řeknou 1,5 násobek jejího platu. Navíc jsou při rozhovoru protivní. Vůbec se divím, že se takováto společnost zde uživí.
