To sum everything I’m about to say up simply, I didn’t have high expectations for this experience and even the lowest bar was not met. You spend almost 1 whole hour out of the 3 marketed in the lock system. The food was subpar and you could easily find a similar meal, that’s better quality, at a river front restaurant for less than half the price of this cruise. The night my group attended the dinner cruise it was at less than half it’s total occupancy and there still was not enough of the ham (the only quality food offering) for all passengers. Following dinner, many passengers went to the open air section to sight see. If the sights are why you are taking this cruise I would again suggest you book a table at a river front restaurant instead because aside from going under bridges, the only other sights were getting a glimpse at castles/cathedrals that you would be able to see MUCH better on land. Dessert was just pumpkin bread, half filled apple fritters, and canned fruit cocktail. I will say I quite enjoyed the band playing live music but when looking at the price of the ticket this experience is not worth the ticket price.
I've bought 50 minutes boat trip via the internet\u003e Everything was ok, service is pretty good and fast, just a small delay during the verification of electronic voucher, it's better to come a little bit in advance to avoid such delay. Trip is not very long, so that probably next time i will buy 2-3 hours trip. I would recommend this to others
There are many river cruises. The guys sell their trips from the East bank of the River Vltava. Check, compare and price carefully as there are major differences in boats, commentary, routes etc. You may wish to haggle; we got 50 crowns per head off' by appearing reluctant to buy..

Naše první plavba s touto společností a vřele doporučujeme! Obsluha byla velice příjemná a jídlo nám moc chutnalo, jablečný závin byl vynikající. Plavba romantickou vánoční Prahou nás nadchla a plánujeme ji s Cruise Prague zase někdy zopakovat, je krásný zážitek vidět Prahu z jiné perspektivy.
