I got my first analog camera from their wide bazaar. I recommend everyone to take a look. Really helpful staff and fair prices.
I've ordered 6 prints from a single 120 negative. Size 10 x 10 cm, framed and one picture twice. First time, they forgot to add the frames. I've politely complained and after two days I had the order ready again. On the second time they mismatched which picture was supposed to be printed twice. I politely complained again. They told me to return in 15 minutes. I kid you not, they forgot to add the damn frame again. Absolutely unprofessional. The cashiers didn't apologize yet alone offer any service / coupon to mitigate my frustration. I'll happily go to the competition next time.
I had my passport photo done in here. I paid 140 krona for 4 photos. Very cheap, I can recommend it.

For you guys Photo Geeks. This is the definitive best place to visit. Trust me on one - having visited the flagship of all; B&H NY, and others in PRC, HK and across Europe this place is and will remain a store that is worthy of your commute. For myself and my fellow buddies it's a destination by itself. First of all, the building and its 3 floors are amazing. Second and foremost the staff is full on engaged and the service is excellent. When Prague opens up for you photo geeks it's a pit stop that you need to visit. The team is experienced and enthusiastic. Lower floor is books, filters and accessories, the lower floor is dedicated to used equipment as well as a dedicated window for service. The top floor is dedicated to new products. All gear. Including bags, straps, and all goodies you can think of. There is a lower floor for frames and other accessories. And there is a garden in the back, so you can sample and try out some of the gear outside. I will be back soon, worth the 200km trip from my town.
I feel the Price is bit costly. Otherwise handling customers they are really good. They know English well.
