Incredible selection of really good sandwiches for a very good value for money. We had a box of like 20 breads for 5 persons and where really really full. Very traditional czech food. I can recommend the place a lot you have to try it. Also good to takeaway and eat in the nearby park. Take some for the homeless people there with you.

Taiwanese American tourist here. Something online told me to try open face sandwiches, and our guide recommended this place. I was not disappointed. How does a regular sandwich taste so good? Probably the potato salad mix under everything. I regret not going back a second time.
A total locals lunch place. They were happy to help with my pointing. I really liked what they had on offer. Get it for take out it the weather is good and there are some benches to eat and people watch! Delicious.
While visiting the old Czechoslovakia where I was born with my adult daughters I was always looking for a good \Medovnik\ like my mum used to make. Here is the place that has a delicious one! And their sandwiches are to die for!!! Friendly staff and quick service too...
Honest guide recommended this place so we thought we'd try it out. To my surprise the open-faced sandwich is actually delicious as they described and the prices are unbeatable. The workers there weren't particularly friendly, but they weren't unfriendly either. I would give it a 5 star, but the deep fried ham and the deep fried potato pancakes were microwaved insufficiently, so they came out cold.
Best place in town to have some quick bites. And it's budget friendly.
The place is so cool and simple, lots of locals eat here and I am sure this is the real thing The staff is helpful in their own way and if they speak English they will help you even more with other things too... I tried two of chlebicek and a nut Rohlicek and both things were delicious ️ Also have nice coffee
