The prices are fair. You'll get a ticket for 9 Prague museum's and for a decent price. You can get a discount for students with valid Student ID. The old building of the museum is amazing. The view on top and Inside is really something. Now to the con's. The new building is closed completely except one room and the collection is very mixed and has no red line. In the old building there was also a lot closed. I am not quite sure if it has something to do with COVID, because the museum wasn't stuffed or anything. All in all I can't recommend it at this time cause the exhibition is way to small for a giant building like that. If you decide to go nonetheless try out the underground connection via tunnel. They play some nice movies down there. The whole museum still really reminds of the history of Praha, Bad and good Times. Thank you and have a good time.

I decided to give it a try, as I remember they have interesting exposition of various animals and their skeletons . However this part isn’t accessible so far, which was disappointing. Other exhibitions are also interesting but nothing compare to the one I was talking about. The only skeleton available to see was the whale. The stuff is friendly and willing to give you guidance and instructions. What’s definitively worth to visit is the exhibition “Kings of the sun” which you have to pay extra. During the weekends is overcrowded and waiting time is long, at least 2 or more hours.
Very good museum. Liked the mineral stones most, there are information about history but not very interesting, also no painting. Price was good though for students.
6 months after the official reopening to allow the restoration of the building (10 years!), The rooms continue to be empty. What a pity! the stuccos are beautiful and the architecture is superb, so it remains a magnificent empty box. From above, on the glass dome, it is possible to admire the entire impressive Venceslav square. The tunnel that connects the new museum with the one that still houses the permanent exhibitions is truly noteworthy. The installations of this period are remarkable.
It’s a nice museum, but lots of open space where they could be putting extra admissions, also hard to navigate, but would still recommend checking out with the 9 museum in 5 days pass that is sold for 100 CZK
Very friendly Personal - easy to navigate around -Bistro onnsite -Pleasant Atmosphere -Good price
Worth visiting museum. Probably, the best one in Czech republic. The ticket is valid for next 5 days for the other 9 museums including the Music museum.
Very interesting collections. It's beautiful inside. It was a good idea to make free entrance at the national holiday. It would be better if it was possible to enter for free each month (for example, last Sunday of each month).
