That was my second time for a concert and it was again really good organised...

I think the place is awesome! It's big, it's clean, it has a lot of well kept toilets... But since I was here for a whole day, I brought my own thermos and I had to pay a 100 kč 200 of returnable fee just to keep it outside of the O2 Universum. And the food is just not affordable here.
Very modern concert hall with good atmosphere. We lived National Geographic event with symphonic orchestra.
Fresh new design, currently looks not yet finished inside, but maybe that's the point of the design. Well equipped for conferences and lectures, especially digital equipment (works seamlessly). Food court is decent and looks nice and spacy. Finally, somebody really thought it through and sized rest rooms for the number of expected people visiting...
Big space for events very well organized and equipped, staff is great and helpful, toilet are big and clean and there are many spot to get some foods and beverages. Beer is great! Recommended!

Nice location, easy to reach. Good sound, friendly catering, and also the Czech audience is relaxed and shares a good atmosphere. Big like, and for sure I will join more events here when I will be in Prague.
Easily and by far the worst place in all of Prague to see anything live. I am not exagurating when I say you might spend an hour of your time waiting to get your jacket. 0 options for smokers, no shots, 2 and a half bottles when it comes to choice of booze, tiny bars ran by 3 people have offered vastly superior service, avoid if at all possible.
