Just had the worst (7 mm thin) T-bone steak ever. First it was well done instead of medium raw. When I asked for an exchange the cook came out of the kitchen and insulted me. The replacement was hard on one side and raw on the other, tasted sour and was so bad I refused to eat that. Never again! :-(
