I like the layout of the café, the management succeeded in creating a truly friendly and welcoming environment. When you pass by and peer in trough the windows, you fancy going in for a coffee and a chat. However, this is only one part of the story. Service is terrible. During my first visit I asked the waitress for a recommendation; she said everything they serve is amazing and then pointed at the most expensive item on the menu - couldn't she be bothered or doesn't she know what she sells? I gave it another go a week ago to leave disappointed again. Both glasses I was served were broken and I managed to cut myself before noticing. I brought that to the attention of the staff. The waitress shrugged her shoulders and said 'must be the dish washer'. No apology, and I was charged full price. Accidents happen but the staff need to know how to respond - unfortunately, here they fail on every occasion. With that said, I am awarding 3 stars because of their produce quality. Hot chocolate I ordered was very tasty. It was not very sugary but rather bitter, surprisingly thick with chopped nuts.

Never went in, coz came with African American friend, and we were denied entry on basis of nemáme místo, were half restaurant was empty. Server was very rude.
