I had ordered 3 LIPOs from Gensace. One of the LIPOs had undervoltage on one of the cells, right at delivery. As I have ordered from Germany and DHL does not carry faulty LIPOs on international sending when not in a product, I could not send back. Pecka Modelar decided to send me anyhow a replacement for the faulty LIPO, based on the pictures I did sent. Great customer service!!! Thanks a lot!!!

Excellent selection, but they aren't able to easily order specific aircraft if they don't have it. It's better you do that online yourswlf it would seem. So for that reason I give it 4 Stars.
