Very basic, with staff that makes you feel anything but welcome. Excellent beds, but very noisy rooms, where you can hear the toilets and the showers (and everything that happens inside the bathrooms) off all the adjacent rooms. The prices at the bar are quite high, so overall a quite disappointing experience. One hotel/pension we will most definitely not visit again.

Absolutely terrible service, poor management, bad restaurant and no facilities to speak of. We were not greeted when we arrived and when we eventually were met by someone, it was very cursory. We didn't see the manager again during our 2-night stay except when we requested a bottle of wine which was included with our voucher, and in that situation, she didn't speak to us at all. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and the prices were reasonable, but the restaurant staff were unfriendly and didn't really seem interested in giving us a decent dining experience. The hotel says it has good facilities for children and markets itself as a ranch. However, there are almost no things on-site for children; just one pathetic little slide and a tiny 'kids corner' in the restaurant. Although the horses were there are visible and can be watched in the restaurant and outside, the management never offered that we could go see the horses up close or take the kids around for a ride. And again, even if we'd wanted to ask, there were never any staff members present to make our request to. The room we were given was above the restaurant, not in the new part of the hotel. The room was very dated, loud because of the restaurant and contained really old appliances. The TV was pretty useless and one of the two lamps had bare wires which gave one of us (fortunately not one of our children) a bad shock. The stairs and hallway leading to our room were dark and also a bit dangerous to deal with at night. Overall, I would definitely not recommend a stay at Penzion Ranch.

Towels werent cleaned but good valuenin a beautiful location
No one gonna clean the room until you send the email to the manager. There are many flies on the breakfast.
