I have always liked Lidl, its fresh produce, food selection and competitive pricing BUT this morning (Sunday, Oct. 18th) I was subjected to the whims of a most rude and arrogant cashier. Who was packing shelves and kept me waiting before coming over to ring up my purchases. I explained in my basic Czech that I didn't understand Czech and she was just blatantly rude and unfriendly with her raised voice. Her name, Veronika. She needs to be given some training in Customer service. Very disappointed.

Everything is available. Best prices. Fast and convenient. I will recommend this store for both quick shopping visits and in-advance shopping. Local produce is good quality and has quite competitive prices. I would also recommend to consider it!
This lidl is best in prague I couldn’t found any cheese balls other than lidl but on a serious note staff is friendly and sweet, shop is maintained properly.
Old Town and city centre cheap market
Very good availability of products. But this itself doesn’t make any grocery store great. Staff is unfriendly. Doesn’t help at all if you ask something. I asked for help to some dude and he didn’t care. I note down his name (jiri). This sort of people will turn down regular customers like me. I wont be going there anymore. Really bad customer service
