Nobody it taking phone calls on published phone number of the shop. Better would be to remove it from the web sites than confuse customers and rob them of their time. Thanks

I experienced the worst “service” yesterday. In fact there was no service. I won’t go into to details however staff was rude, disrespectful. Staff didn’t respect government regulation and served me without a face mask even though it’s at the moment mandatory.

Overall, the worst service possible. Asked about problem with my data. The guy suggested to purchase extra 2Gb. I did but it has not solved to problem and it appeared that it was not the case at all (I had enough of data remaining). After this visit I'm spending an hour already try to get anyone speaking English on their phone support. You can press star for English but will be answered in Czech, then you could be promised to be connected with english speaking assistant 3 TIMES and every new assistant will in reality not speak any English. What's wrong with you, Vodafone?

Thanks to this office I don’t use Vodafone anymore! I delayed the payment for my bills for December and January last year as I left home for Christmas and had a surgery so I had to stay longer. I didn’t use their services, but they don’t offer freezing your subscription even for 1 month. So when I came back to Prague in February and wanted to use my phone, I found out that it’s blocked and I have to pay 4500czk just to unblock it (and immediately after I would have to pay 1500 as a monthly subscription). The thing is, before I paid 800 per month, and it was my last payment in November, but apparently that was according to my previous contract as a student, and the automatically signed me up for a new one, with the same conditions, but 1500czk instead of 800. So, 6000 czk in total for using my phone in February. When the customer service employee told me this number, I was shocked, however, he seemed totally fine, as he was speaking with me offhandedly with his legs stretched on the shelf under the table (which felt almost same as if he’d put his legs 20cm higher - on the table, straight into my face). When I asked for the break down of the number, he was annoyed, told me I have no other option but to pay 6000 now. Amazing company with customer friendly options and incredibly professional and caring employees. Stay away, if you don’t wanna be ripped off with an offhanded annoyed face!

Rude and incompetent. I understand you are preparing to switch to robots. Why are you so slow with this transition?

Awful service at the underground exit. I approached a guy with a problem and he laughed at my face. When I asked what happened he was answering in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I wonder, if this abysmal company hires such disgusting people on purpose.

I got my travel sim card at a Vodafone store instead of convenience store since it’s the official store. The price I found out later is about 100 krona more expensive at the Vodafone store. And there's no receipt or official price stated anywhere so I'm not sure if the store assistant mark up the price and pocketed the balance. And I bought a 1.2gb and another 2.2gb data sim card. I was playing around on the Vodafone app and found out both were only 1.2gb data! Overall the whole transaction feels dodgy as there were no official price list stated, recommend that you buy your sim card at convenience stores instead

Can be a little busy at times but you will struggle to find better English service in the city. They set up a sim for me in the space of 5 minutes and everything went as planned.
