I got my phone stolen nearby, I could see on the map its whereabouts and saw it is moving. I ran to the police station, explained, they didn't hesitate and jumped into car with me, turned sirens on and chased the phone as it was moving. Unfortunately the thief managed to disable it and we lost him. But I was very positively surprised by their attitude.

I came here to report a stolen wallet but did not receive help within 2 hours and had to give up due to having to catch a flight. The police officer seemed annoyed with my request and as if he did not want me to file a report. Very unfriendly treatment.

Jít na policii asi není nikdy příjemný. Musel jsem, protože jsem musel nahlásit krádež.... Čekal jsem strašný prostředí, chladný a odměřený přístup a chování jako k masovému vrahovi. Už jsem to totiž zažil. A o to víc mne překvapila moderně a vcelku slušně vybavená stanice, dokonce tam mají automat na nápoje... a hlavně přístup, ochota, vstřícnost. Neskutečné. Sice jsem musel poměrně dlouho čekat na protokol, ale odcházel jsem s pocitem, že pomáhají a snad i chrání...
