Unuseful service to reduce real street problems: I drove a lot in august along republica ceca as tourist, I payed vignetta and I found a lot of blocks and slowdowns for street works everywhere; today the police made me a notice at the deviation along strada 3 very close to Sevetin Village (ck); the Speed limit went down to 80 and in thirty meter to 60; police was pointing the laser machine at the 60 km area and they classified my mistake as " negligence" but I don't feel negligent , I wasn't really able to slow down so queekly from 80 to 60 in so few meters ; I think that this police service is not useful to prevent car accidents but is only well organized to collect money; to improve security I suggest using thet patrol to check speed along the normal way; during my trip I met people driving to very high and really dangerous speed, probably more than 160 and this usually happens not in corrispondence to a deviation for closing road.
