I booked for 9 people and already paid in March 2020, almost a year ago. Due to the lockdown we coudnt visited the escape room. Since then I haven't received any refund. I received no replies to several emails I wrote. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. 128 are now simply gone. I advise anyone not to book here because if the event doesn't take place due to corona, you will never see your money again without legal steps.

We had a blast at the Prague Escape Rooms! We enjoyed the first one so much that we came for a second the next day. The rooms have cool puzzles and problems to solve and constantly keep you on your toes. Just when you think you've completed one there is another puzzle to do! I highly recommend you try it out if you are looking for a good time with a group of friends. It is English friendly so that wasn't an issue for us. The staff was also very friendly and speaks English as well.

This Escape Room was a lot of fun and was well designed. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It is also recommendable for larger groups, we were nine people and played the Semtex Code Duel, in which two teams could play in similar rooms against each other and had to accomplish the same tasks. Lots of fun!

So while visiting Prague a friend of mine said we should try the escape room and I at that point have heard of them but never really played one so he convinced me to try it and man was this place alot of fun. The staff member spoke English which also helped out but as well he let us really try to figure it out in our time and not rush us which made thing super fun to try to solve I would definitely try another one again

Matěj was wonderful! The room was so much fun and rather challenging. My group absolutely crushed it but we do escape rooms often. It was the perfect thing to do on a rainy afternoon
