Amazing location. Only cross the bridge to dancing house. Few minutes walk to city center. Great housekeeping, daily towels (if need) also you have toilet necessities. Amazing view. We had balcony and it was amazing to have morning coffee on it with splendid view. So relaxing. Friendly staff will help with everything they can. Would recommend Prague Holiday Apartments and would like to come back

The location is perfect. You can reach the Charles Bridge and the Old Town in 20/30 minutes by foot. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all we needed in the kitchen plus, the great size of the rooms. Our only complaint is that the bedroom’s heater wasn’t working very well.

I would like to start off by saying how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. Every morning and evening they had a smile on their face and it made me feel very welcomed. I thought the location was great. Not right in the city centre that it was loud or crowded. Very close to the Charles Bridge and cool, local restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from a Shopping Mall️ The location really was great. I stayed in Room 402 Superior Suite and the pictures I saw online were unfortunately a little deceiving. It wasnt a bad room, with amenities such as a conduction stove, microwave, kettle, toasted etc... it was great. However the walls and ceilings looked a little... run down. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and creaked constantly with the tiniest of movements making it very hard to sleep, especially with my partner also moving in the night and waking me up. The photos online also showed an amazing view of the river and bridges however all we could see from our windows were the back of other flats which wasn’t great. The walls were also super thin and we could hear everyone walking up the stairs or along the hallways. I think for the money this apartment was good. There were a few things I would have changed, but I was on holiday to explore Prague and not to sit the whole time in an apartment and therefore the flaws are forgiveable (except the bed I wish that would’ve been better).

Acceptable place in a great central location with friendly receptionists. The worst part about the apartment was certainly the bed. The images online nicely covered up that it’s actually two mattresses on a double bed frame (with a sizeable gap between the two). The frame creaked loudly every time you move and the springy mattresses simply weren’t comfortable. Unfortunately, it’s hard to enjoy your holiday when you’re tired, so to me, this is the main reason why I might advise against this establishment. The rooms seemed a bit less “clean and modern” than descriptions and photographs suggested with a clogged shower drain, a couple of big stains on the ceilings, the odd silverfish and dead insect on the wall. The balcony with “yard view” is looking at some rundown houses and our TV did not receive any channels (admittedly, we couldn’t be bothered to ask about it). As a “historic” house, the rooms don’t come with double-glazed windows, but with two rows of single-glazed windows that don’t insulate particularly well (it was quite chilly at 15 degrees Celsius in September already). As part of that “historic” design, perhaps, the light switch to our living room was practically placed behind the door. The toilet uses a waste water system, which is great for the environment but also incredibly noisy and will not make you want to go at night. Some walls are extremely thin (drywall?) so that people in the corridors appear quite loud (I once opened the door by mistake, as it sounded like someone was knocking, though they were really knocking at our neighbour’s). To end on a more positive note, the kitchen came fully equipped and was very useful in saving some money as we could cook our own meals instead of having to rely on eating out all the time. All in all much of my criticism is nitpicky and you could still enjoy your time in a practical little apartment in the centre of Prague, if you can deal with the bed that is.
