Stunning views of Prague from the Petrin Tower. You can clearly see the castle and Charles Bridge. The price for entry is reasonable and it's worth taking the lift. The steps are OK although I wouldn't recommend them if you don't like heights! The tower is situated in beautiful grounds too.

Absolute stunning view of Prague. Though the steps are 299 it’s worth claiming the Eiffel Tower inspired construction. One can see the east to west and north to south of the Prague beauty. The Prague castle, Cathedral view and the Charles bridge view are eye feast to watch out. The price to climb is very reasonable as there is a student discount as well, which is appreciable. There are quite good food spots nearby the Petrin tower. Also, it has a good view for the Prague stadium. I enjoyed walking around this tower. I definitely suggest to visit this tourist attraction.
This is one of my favourite places in the world. The most magnificent rose gardens, a magical flower garden, gorgeous paths, trees, manicured gardens and some of the best views of the most beautiful city. You can climb the stairs or take the lift up to the top of the Eiffel inspired tower. There's also a cafe and a beer terrace, with great cold Czech beer, lemonade and well priced pub food. Sorbet too . Getting up to the top of the hill is equally magical, with dozens of paths among the trees, shrubs, lakes, waterfalls and bird life. There are halfway refreshment bistros with fantastic views, and you can take the funicular up or down to Malá Strana . Petřín Hill Is sanctuary .
Take the cable tram to the top..very cheap and great views. Went to the observatory and Petrin tower( unfortunately didn't have the energy to walk all the way to the top)... Really enjoyed the Observatory Excellent rose gardens....well worth the visit. Definitely go back again
We went up by foot because we thought it isn't too far and looks easy, well we recommend paying the small price for the cable tram to get up, it's a fun ride as well! You can go up by foot if you really want a challenge, at the top there are free water dispensers, which kinda saved our day. The view from the tower is incredible, you can look over the entire city of prague and you can stay at the top as long as they are open. You don't have to buy a ticket for it, the ticket is just for the elevator to the top. If you take the stairs it's free.
This tower has the best views in all of Prague! And it’s really affordable. For a student it’s 80 CZK. You can either go up the stairs or take an elevator (which costs extra). There are two platforms, one in the middle of the tower where the views are already stunning. Once you get to the top the view gets even better. As of now it’s not crowded at all. Only 8 people were there with me.
Petrin tower is worth a try if you have visited all the main attractions in Prague. In 299 steps, you will reach the top of the tower and you could enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful city, Prague and the Bohemian region. Check if the sky is clear to go up. There is also an option to buy a ticket with lift if one doesn't want to take 299 steps ;)
If you don't like heights and rickety feeling structures then this place isn't for you... however, having said that, if you are brave enough to face your fear then you will be well rewarded for the views you get at the top. I love viewing decks and this one was no different, an amazing view over a beautiful city!
