*!*!* TRAVELER ALERT *!*!* Today July 6 at about 2:00 pm I made a stupid decision, and entered this store. As a Canadian visitor to Prague I decided to purchase a 4gb data SIM card so that I can use it during our visit here in Europe. The iPhone did not support their network of the SIM card. When I asked for a refund, they refused to return my money that I paid for the SIM card. They said because I used a credit card they can not refund my money back. Only if I paid cash they would be able to return my money. STAY AWAY FROM T -MOBILE. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE AT PALLADIUM SHOPPING MALL PRAGUE. Welcome to Prague

These guys are essentially useless. Both for myself and in observing interactions with other customers, the answer is usually “I don’t know...”
Arrived 5mins before closing, and was refused to buy a product because for them was already too late to make a sell... amazing..
We went to buy a tourist SIM prepaid card and paid 300czech for 2gb data. The staff told us it will only be activated in 30mins so we left the shop. The data was on after and we thought it was all working, only to realise a day later that we were using the free 100mb and the staff only loaded 200czech in credit when we went to another shop to check. He cheated us of the money and didn't activate any plans making it so much additional hassle for us!
7 employees around, only 4 booths opened. I was first in the queue and still waiting 26 minutes. Poor people behind me :/
Piss poor customer service. Waited 30 mins to be told they don't sell a certain Sim card, funny when I bought that same Sim the day prior
