Do not respond to customer complaints. I sent them a letter complaining about the non-professionalism of their employee and about how they took an extra 600 kr from me at the station in Kladenská 186, Dobrovíz. They didn’t even answer. What is there to be surprised at? If even in the main office of the company there is no service.
