Excellent clinic! When my dog got severely ill late at night while traveling through Prague this clinic was open and gave us all the help we needed. The veterinary was highly skilled and the other staff very friendly and polite. The dog got hospitalized and he got the needed examinations and treatment. When he was discharged I could see that he trusted and liked the staff. That made me very happy. Thank you for saving my dog!

Really weird approach to customers. I came there with prior reservation specifically for neurologist. For some reason 1st we met with general pediatrician or whatever it was, then she took my dog to the other level to show him to neurologist. I wasn't invited. After checkup same person told me that neurologist is busy now and we have to wait 30 mins and then he will come to talk to me. Waited for an hour - noone came. Asked for him again and got an apology that he is still performing surgery and that in order to proceed to treatment they recommend to do an MRI first (20k) and then most likely to surgery (another 50k) When I asked if maybe it makes sense to try medical treatment 1st and do a surgery only in case its not working they told me to go to my own doctor to do it. Refused to give any medication or prescription. Asked for paper with checkup details, to be able to show it to some other doctors at least, answer was - we will send it to the email later. Nothing so far received. For me it was unfortunately waste of time and 3k czk since I was told absolutely nothing new about my dog condition and didn't get any medicine. So far I've been to at least 3 different vet clinics and out of them this one was the worst. Update after few month: dog was treated medically in the other place and fully recovered.
Very friendly, professional, has the equipment to fast diagnose serious condition (MRI scanner) and if that cost money I am prepared to pay since it will help my pet to get well. Very good clinic!

Klinika je zamerana na tazke zdavotne stavy, komplexna starostlivost, mili personal, parkovisko, nonstop prevadzka - pohotovost. Platba kartou/hotovost. The clinic focus to difficult health problems of pets, a complex care, kind staff, a park place, nonstop opened - emergency. Cash or credit card payment. I recommend.
absolutely horrible clinic. DO NOT take your pet here. firstly, they’ll rip you off and offer todo unnecessary procedures that may harm or kill your pet. i plan to report these people as they could have killed my cat. terrible animal clinic. simple.

Came here for emergency with my dog after a bleeding in her spinal cord. High qualified doctors and very good therapy. Doctors speak German and English as well. Was a bit expensive but still much cheaper than in my home country and we also had MRI and hospitalisation for 5 days so it's quite normal and for the humans best friend nothing is too expensive. Thanks to these guys my dog can walk again! Diky moc!
