The offer is great, lots of interesting and beautiful things, but I'd recommend the stuff of this shop to be more 'pro-customer oriented', because right now one feels like 'buy and go'.

I spent lots of time on their webpage as there is so much to see. I purchased a tea set and loved the quality, so I wanted to visit the store as well. The employees were very kind including the security guard. I was told that everything they sell is also available online, and online prices are slightly lower, so I purchased a set of dining plates online again. The shipment was heavy- over 10 kg- but the package arrived in a great shape. Great quality of porcelain; it’s light and gorgeous. I don’t like thick and heavy dinner plates so this is the most beautiful set I bought so far. I am very happy with this purchase and will certainly buy from them again.

there was nothing bad to tell about the house of porcelain, when i visited it last year. this year, really 12 month later, because my SISTER made me remember our visit in prague 2018, i went online to the house of porcelain, because of ordering something. i do not have a creditcard, so i did not order. maybe i am going to visit the house of porcelain in 2020 again. it is a very nice shop in a very nice town.

What a cold place to shop. We were greeted as we entered and left to shop. On the second floor my wife and I found a few items that we were interested in purchasing. The sales woman was very helpful and started to complete the sale at the register. There seemed to be some lack of training or just a register issue that required our salesperson to ask for help. This is when the superior showed up and berated our sales lady and treated her like a street dog. I did not understand what was being said but the verbal abuse caused a very sheepish response from our sales lady who now held her head low. The superior, disgusted by being of service to us, would not make eye contact as she marched off whilst spouting more vile towards or sales lady. It was a horrible show for customers to endure. My wife and I were then helped downstairs by a very pleasant gentleman. His efforts were gracious and we proceeded to purchase more items when the bitter woman shows up to this new register. The mans body language showed she was in charge as she took over the counter to help her customer. We were able to purchase what we were looking for but were happy to leave. As we walked out and were looking at porcelain in the shop’s window, the gentleman who helped us was leaving work and my wife pointed out that he was happy to leave early.

Great porcelain at very good prices in Prague. The staff speaks very little English but the prices are in all items. Not much Bohemian crystal, mostly porcelain. A lot of nice porcelain for different price budgets.
