KFC needs to value its staff and treat them fairly and with respect. This is an issue a cross many of their stores in CZ. next training as I am often served chicken that has a low internal temperature and is not hot this is breaking KRC own rules in an attempt to reduce wastage. The same with the fries. Sides gravy should be a big seller but is not advertised or available on the customer terminals and when served the amount that s about the same as a sachet of gravy. Czechs love sauce/gravy KFC is missing a trick here. As to my experience today my food was under temp and at least two takeaway customers checked and found items missing from their order.

Not too many options. No burgers..they had bagels instead. No Choco frape / lash. They are my favorite and I was sad that I couldn't get them. The girl at the counter was really polite, location wise the outlet is at the heart of old town square in Praha.
The guy at desk is not able ti work. Sh1t food. Check the pictures. Is food for dog Chicken was Cold band potatoes was not cooked. Shame on you
Terrible place, the absolute worst. The teenager who took my order didn’t greet me and I could barely hear what she mumbled. Very impolite and disinterested in her job. I speak Czech so it was no language barrier issue. When I brought my food home I discovered they managed to forget the main part or my order. I don’t even know how it is possible... whatever incompetent teenager who packed my food forgot the twister and must have thought I only wanted fries and soda. Who the hell orders that? Anyway. I love KFC but this place sucks balls. You owe me a god damn twister!

Very disappointing, very annoyed staff, no one smiled at all, after receiving my order I discovered that Sandwich is not fresh and it tasted horrible, I don't know how long they kept it there before selling it to me, anyway, I came to return it, and they didn't even apologize for selling me this garbage and everything they did was gigling at each other before they refund me my money. I'm kinda mad about this customer care. Can't really recommend you to visit this place.
