Polite and hepfull but not the best prices
I visited their showroom in Pribram and ordered a standard HP ink; It was not in stock so I ordered and could pick up later the same day, I wanted to pay immediate to speed up the hand out procedure, but they didn’t allow this. Later at the day I got the promised SMS that Ink was ready to be picked up. I went to the hand out window where it was written hand out and payment, the guy though didn’t want to take my money/card and hence send me another trip to the show room, standing line to pay through a fare from friendly cashier. Finally after being in total contact with 3 people from the staff, trying to pay 3 times I got my goods. For me this is too much handling, I think this kind of stores no longer has any relevancy, next time I for sure will buy online, but most likely through another store.
Pretty good retailer, many options, never had problems with all hardware I bought in there. Quite acessible via metro. Customer service is pretty good for Czech standards. Products are usually available quite fast after request on the website.
Nicely setup, great staff that speak English and are very helpful. Highly recommended!

They are efficient but the place doesn't offer a good parking place for car for the amount of visitors related to mainly fast pickup orders. The workers we gentle and efficient. Compliments
Available parking space, interior looks fine. The shop assistant I was dealing with was very helpful. Last but not least, CZC has good prices.
