owful experience: I waited 15 before to be attended (one person was free but was ignoring me as he was texting with his mobile phone). Then I was attended by one girl that did not every tried to understand what I needed. they should improve their work aptitude.

The store should consider changing their rude and incompetent staff. There was no sales staff available when I entered the store. After 5 mins a sales personnel came out but when she realize I didn’t speak Czech she frowned and she walked away it was laughable how silly her behaviors was. Needless to say I will not return to this store again and will 100% not recommend anyone to come unless you wish to have a bad day.

I wanted to change the frame of my glasses and keep the glasses. there were 3 to 4 people working, none had the attitude to work, they just stare at me like trolls. A worker approached everyone else except me, not sure why. Once I approached her, she told me the store can’t help because the frame of my glasses were not provided by the store themselves ( like I did not know ) then just walked away. What a shame.

Naprosto neprofesionální a katastrofální obsluha. Když chcete poradit, s neochotou Vám vyberou brýle které se k Vám absolutně nehodí a snaha vybrat jiné nulová. Nepříjemné pohledy jak na zloděje, včetně security.

Příšerný personál. Jedná paní “doktorka” mi zařizovala čočky a trvalo to cca 3 měsíce, mezitím mi dvakrát dala špatné, které mi vůbec neseděly a jednou jsem musela jet na vyndání zaseknuté čočky. Jako třetí pokus mi dala jedny, které šly sice nasadit, ale po půl hodině mi z oka vypadly. Když jsem si vybrala jedny náhodné na jiné pobočce, okamžitě mi perfektně seděly.

Naprosto otřesný personál. Minimální zájem o zákazníky a nulová profesionalita. Doporučuji navštívit o kousek dál GO na Budějovické v DBK, nesrovnatelný rozdíl v přístupu a ochotě.

Dobrá optika, nekupuju jen dioptrické brýle, přes léto chodím hlavně na kontaktní čočky.
