The laptop was not charging. I asked them to please check with a charger and see if I needed to buy a new one or if it was another problem.They said they tried to charge the computer, it was done in a back office they have and said it was not charging. They wanted to charge 5000czk just to do an analysis of the problem (the actual cost of fixing the computer would be discounted from this, but still...).... Long story short, went to fix it at an apple certified store (iwish) and I only had to change the charging cable (600czk)....

I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone so I went on Google Maps and started reading some reviews and found this place. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the attitude of the owner. Everything from initial communication through whole repair process was great. A definite YES if you have problems with your devices but you are scared of being ripped off. No scams here.

They are guys who knows their job: How to rip off an Apple owner. 1 star for this knowhow. Just Good like to sale vacuum cleaners at 50000czk to old lady right at her home doors, and she will be happy.
Mám zkušenost s několika Apple servisy v Praze a tady jsem zatím měla nejlepší komunikaci a nejmilejší přístup. Do MacParts jsem přišla s vytopeným MacBookem. Měla jsem očekávání, že Mac už dosloužil, ale opak byl pravdou. Počítač po opravě perfektně funguje mi vyměnili i baterii. MacBook je jako nový. Za mě tedy maximalní spokojenost, doporučuji!
