Beware! This is a chain, so the person at the till is not the owner. This is particularly relevant in the case of a reclamation for an exchange or refund. I spent 500 krones on a lubricant that was so inefficient that the condom broke! All they could do is file my reclamation but I will not get my money back nor be refunded... First time and last time they'll see me. I recommend the Shop Heaven just across the bridge.
